look, the 30% bumi equity in NEP is not hurting anyone. Business has been conducted with this 30% bumi equity since the start and has any business flopped due to this 30% share?
You must learn how to give and take, especially the Chinese Business community. You can take everything without giving back some to the bumiputra's right?
The reason the government has this 30% equity law is because the chinese are going too fast for the malays to catch up. The Chinese must learn how to hold back, or if they want to expand, expand together with the Malays.
The problem with the 30% equity is that the Chinese are too jealous and too selfish to share their success, and therefore the success of the nation with the Malays. The Chinese cant stand seeing a Malay work less than them and earn more. The Malay seems to work less because Malays do quality work, are efficient and have good time management. Is there a problem with our Malay employees taking 3 hour lunch breaks etc when they have finished the jobs you assigned them to do? The Chinese workers are hardworking, no doubt, but are inefficient, produce low quality work and are just plain incompetent.
Do not argue about the 30% equity as it is holding our nation together. without the NEP, who knows what hell might break loose. It is for our well-being and security, all of us, inclusive of Malays and kafirs, that the NEP is there to placate sections of the society who are too poor to survive.
seriously man. He needs a reality check. or better. a brain change. his arguments are the most ridiculous i have ever ever ever come across. let's see Gintak's reply to Jitterbug

who decides whether the Chinese contribution is enough or not enough? It is the Malays. As long as the Chinese do not give the Malays enough, we will not release the NEP. The NEP should have its objectives written down as :
1. No Malay can be poorer than Chinese. This means that as long as any Malay is poorer, the Chinese community must contribute enough to boost the Malay. This also applies to all Malay babies. This means that Malay babies must be richer than the richest Chinese, adult or not.
2. Ownership of companies must be 100% Malay. Chinese, however, can own private properties. With this ruling, Malays will be Tuan.
On top of that, we should include compulsory donation of 50% of family savings to National Service for all non-Malays for a large portion of the National Service trainers are Malay, the kafirs must pay for the training, 50% of all family savings. Of course, those who are family to MCA members are exempt.
This is not robbing the Chinese, but it is the only way we can ensure that the Chinese do not get out of hand. These Cinakuis think they are so great economically that they are trying to bully the Malays politically.
ok not bad, at least arguments are not all that hopelessly i-cant-believe-you-just-said-that,-are-you-ok? . actually, they are. i mean what do you mean NO MALAY CAN BE POORER THAN CHINESE? which chinese you talking about? Check out the no malay baby can be poorer than any chinese adult part. a baby has no money when it is born.
if this is true, malaysia is dead man. have to depend on these lackadaisical malays who want to impede their country's growth just to stay on top. no chinese will be allowed to work as long as there is a single unemployed malay. wth. seriously. hai. Jitterbug ah Jitterbug..
well, as the learned cyberfriend points out,

jitterbug is either very stupid or totally ignorant of what's happening. majority malays started from kampung, chinese from tin mines and indians from estate that means all started at level ground. 50years n still have not achieve that 30% with nep help. without nep, the other races area already achieving more than 70%...if u n yr kind (excluding good malays that i know of) stop having 3 hour lunch, u may well reach 30%. ...jitterbug is not using his brain....

its not that people want to discriminate against you Jitterbug, but you are obviously educated but your arguments make me quiver in fear for your country. nothing against malays, (i still love you azmin. don't worry) but seriously, how many years has it been? 40,50 years? if this malay-biased approach has not helped the malays to catch up, i think malays there need to evaluate themselves, rather than blame us poor chinese. and they say chinese are inefficient and do poor quality work? hmm. why dont the chinese all jsut leave malaysia? all their hard work of contributing and powering the msian economy is clearly unappreciated. and malays do better work than chinese? why then are they not equal yet? seriously jitterbug. your brain is there for a reason. oh yea, sorry. if it is even there.
